Advanced TPS Analysis on Alanine Dipeptide

The following example demonstrates some more advanced analysis that can be
performed with OpenPathSampling. This example assumes that you have already
run both the :ref:`flexible length TPS example on alanine dipeptide
<AD-tps>` and the :ref:`fixed length TPS example on alanine dipeptide
