class openpathsampling.engines.BaseSnapshot(topology=None)

Simulation snapshot. Contains references to a configuration and momentum

Parameters:

topology (openpathsamping.Topology, default: None) – The corresponding topology used with this Snapshot. Can also be None and means no topology is specified.
