class openpathsampling.high_level.move_strategy.OrganizeByEnsembleStrategy(ensembles=None, group=None, replace=True)

Global strategy to organize by ensemble first. Needed for SRTIS.

First we choose an ensemble, then we choose the specific mover within that ensemble.

ensemble_weights

The sortkey weights. In the format {paths.Ensemble : float(weight)}

args()	Return a list of args of the __init__ function of a class
base()	Return the most parent class actually derived from StorableObject
choice_probability(scheme, ensemble_weights, ...)	Get the contributing weights from existing choice probability.
