class openpathsampling.high_level.move_strategy.OrganizeByEnsembleStrategy(ensembles=None, group=None, replace=True)[source]

Global strategy to organize by ensemble first. Needed for SRTIS.

First we choose an ensemble, then we choose the specific mover within that ensemble.

ensemble_weights

The sortkey weights. In the format {paths.Ensemble : float(weight)}
