class openpathsampling.shooting.BiasedSelector(func)[source]

General biased shooting point selector

Takes any function (wrapped in an OPS CV) and uses that as the bias for selecting the shooting point.

Parameters:

func (CollectiveVariable) – A function wrapped in an OPS CV which gives the relative bias.
